Welcome to DeepSolve ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our service at deepsolve.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

DeepSolve is an AI-powered service that allows users to:

• Submit questions to multiple AI language models simultaneously
• Have the models critique and rank each other's responses anonymously
• Receive a synthesized final answer from a "Chairman" model

The Service uses credits as a billing mechanism. Users can purchase credits to use the Service.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are the virtual currency used to access the Service
• New users receive 20 free credits upon signup
• Additional credits can be purchased through our payment partner (Cashfree)
• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or exploit the system
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract model weights or prompts
• Use the Service for any automated or bot-driven purposes
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the questions you submit
• You grant us a license to process your inputs through our Service
• AI-generated outputs are provided "as-is" without ownership claims from us
• The Service's code, design, and branding remain our property

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepSolve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
