Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Policy Summary
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire and remain available in your account until used. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Credit Purchases
DeepSolve operates on a credit-based system. When you purchase credits:
- Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment
- All purchases are processed through Cashfree Payments
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
- You will receive an email confirmation for each purchase
2. No Refund Policy
All credit purchases are non-refundable. Once credits have been added to your account, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
This policy exists because:
- Credits are a digital product that is delivered instantly
- We incur costs from payment processing fees on each transaction
- Credits never expire, so they retain their value indefinitely
3. Exceptions
We may consider refunds only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase
- Technical failures: If payment was taken but credits were not added due to a system error
- Unauthorized transactions: If you can prove a fraudulent transaction on your account
To request an exception, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your order ID and a detailed explanation.
4. Run Cancellations
If you cancel an in-progress DeepSolve run:
- Credits are reserved at the start of each run
- If you cancel mid-run, you are charged only for completed model calls
- Unused reserved credits are automatically refunded to your account balance
- This is handled automatically by our system - no action required
5. Pro Subscription
For Pro Monthly subscriptions:
- Pro access is granted for 30 days from the date of purchase
- There is no automatic renewal - each purchase is a one-time transaction
- Pro subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased
- Credits included with Pro are added immediately and follow the same no-refund policy
6. Account Termination
If you choose to delete your account or if your account is terminated for policy violations:
- Any remaining credits in your account will be forfeited
- No refunds will be provided for unused credits
- We recommend using all credits before requesting account deletion
